Francesco Boi was born in Castiglione del Lago (Umbria) in 1990.

He works with photography, video art, and mixed media, exploring the bizarre nature of human existence and its uncontrollable, painful reality. His work has been featured in festivals and group exhibitions.

In addition to his artistic practice, he has been working in the film industry since 2016, serving as a personal assistant to actors and directors such as Fernando Meirelles, Jared Leto, and Alik Sakharov. During the last four years, he has worked as a Unit Manager on productions such as Ripley, The Equalizer 3, and Jay Kelly.

He is based in Rome.
